Termsof Service

This Agreement is jointly formulated by NextIP Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Service Provider") and all users (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User") who use the NextIP service (hereinafter referred to as "Service" or "Product"). This Agreement aims to elaborate on the rules of use of the Service, the rights and obligations of both parties, privacy protection measures, dispute resolution mechanisms and other related matters. Before you start using this Service, please be sure to read this Agreement carefully and confirm that you have fully understood and fully accepted all the terms of this Agreement. Your use behavior is deemed that you have unconditionally accepted this Agreement and are willing to be legally bound by it. This Agreement applies to all proxy services provided by NextIP, including but not limited to residential proxies, mobile proxies, datacenter proxies and other service types.

Service Scope: We provide services including but not limited to proxy services, data transmission acceleration, data security enhancement and other functions. For the specific functions and scope of the service, please refer to the instructions on the official product website or related documents. Guidelines of Use: When using the service, you should strictly abide by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations, and shall not use the service to carry out any illegal activities, including but not limited to publishing illegal information, infringing on the privacy of others, and carrying out network attacks. Updates and Upgrades: In order to improve user experience, enhance security or fix known issues, we have the right to update and upgrade the service regularly. Updates and upgrades may involve functional adjustments, interface optimization or performance improvements. Service Quality Assurance: We promise to provide stable and reliable proxy services and strive to maintain high levels of service availability and performance.

Use Rights: You have the right to use the service in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and enjoy the various functions we provide. Information Authenticity: You should ensure that the information provided to us is true, accurate and complete, and shall not deliberately conceal or provide false information. Legality and Compliance: You promise to use the service legally and in compliance with regulations, and shall not use the service to engage in any illegal activities or infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others. Data Security: You shall bear the responsibility for data security and privacy protection arising from the use of the service. We recommend that you back up your data regularly and take appropriate measures to protect data security. Account Security: You are responsible for protecting the security of your account information, including login credentials such as username and password. If you discover any account abnormalities, please contact us immediately. Prohibited Activities: You may not use our services for the following activities: - Any illegal criminal activities - Infringement of others' intellectual property rights - Distribution of malicious software or viruses - Network attacks or penetration testing - Other activities that may harm network security

Service Adjustments: We have the right to change the service according to actual conditions, including functional adjustments, price changes, service scope adjustments, etc. Before the change, we will notify you through the official website, email, etc. Service Suspension and Termination: We have the right to suspend or terminate the service due to legal and regulatory requirements, technical reasons, business strategy adjustments, etc. Before deciding to suspend or terminate the service, we will notify you in advance and provide you with a reasonable solution. User Termination: You may stop using our services at any time. If you need to delete your account, please contact our customer support team. Data Processing: After service termination, we will process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, including deletion or anonymization.

Service Availability: Although we strive to ensure the stability and availability of the service, we cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network failures, system maintenance, etc. Content Responsibility: You bear full responsibility for all content transmitted through our services. We do not review or assume responsibility for user-generated content. Third-Party Services: Our services may contain or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services. Loss Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, government actions, network attacks, etc.).

Service Intellectual Property: The intellectual property rights of NextIP services and related technologies, software, trademarks, copyrights, etc. all belong to us. User Authorization: By using our services, you grant us the right to use the content you provide to the extent necessary to provide the services. Infringement Handling: If you believe that our services infringe your intellectual property rights, please contact us immediately. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate measures. Respect for Others' Rights: You promise to respect others' intellectual property rights when using the service and not infringe on others' legitimate rights and interests.

Applicable Law: The interpretation, execution and dispute resolution of this Agreement are all subject to Singapore law. Dispute Resolution Method: Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be resolved through friendly consultation between the parties. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a competent court in Singapore. Arbitration Clause: The parties agree that, unless otherwise provided by law, all disputes should be resolved through arbitration at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Jurisdiction: Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this Agreement.

Agreement Amendment: We have the right to revise this Agreement based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs or other reasonable reasons. The revised agreement will be published on the official website or other designated channels. You should regularly check and understand the latest version of the agreement. Effectiveness and Termination of the Agreement: This Agreement shall take effect from the date you confirm your acceptance and terminate when you stop using the service. However, please note that the privacy protection and dispute resolution clauses in this Agreement will continue to be valid after you stop using the service. Notification Mechanism: We may send you notifications through the official website, email, SMS, etc. You should ensure that the contact information provided is true and valid so that we can contact you in time. Right to Interpret the Agreement: The right to interpret this agreement belongs to the service provider. If there are any questions or disputes, we will interpret and handle them in accordance with the provisions of this agreement and relevant laws and regulations. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of NextIP services, superseding all previous oral or written agreements.
